Orders, MOQ, and Pricing
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product and manufacturing process. As a general guide, custom metal pins, medals, and most metal accessories usually start from 100 pcs per design. Metal labels and nameplates usually start from 1000 pcs per design. PVC and OEM molded items vary by structure, detail level, and tooling requirements.

How are custom products priced?
Pricing is based on design complexity, size, material, finish, quantity, packaging, and delivery requirements. After reviewing your artwork or concept, we will recommend a practical production solution and provide a clear quote.
Can I get samples before bulk production?
Yes. Existing samples may be available for quality reference. Custom samples can also be made when required; sample cost and timing depend on the item and mold requirements.
Artwork and Customization
What file formats should I send?
Vector files are preferred: AI, PDF, EPS, or CDR. PSD files and high-resolution PNG/JPG files can also be reviewed. For 3D molded items, STP, STEP, IGS, or STL files are helpful if available.
What if my artwork is not production-ready?
That is common. We can review your file, check manufacturability, and suggest adjustments for material, structure, color, plating, or finishing before production.
Will I approve the artwork before production?
Yes. We confirm artwork, size, colors, and key specifications before production. For projects that need a sample or 3D proof, approval is handled before mass production starts.
Production, Shipping, and Payment
How long does production take?
Standard production usually takes 10-15 working days after artwork or sample approval. More complex PVC, OEM, packaging, or large-volume projects may take longer, often 25-35 days. We will confirm the schedule before you proceed.
How do you ship international orders?
Small and urgent orders are usually shipped by DHL, FedEx, UPS, or similar express services. Bulk orders can be shipped by air cargo, sea freight, or to your forwarder or warehouse in China.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal, Airwallex online card payment, and Western Union. For custom production, a deposit is usually required before production, with the balance paid before shipment.
Can you keep consistency for repeat orders?
Yes. Once a project is approved, we document key details such as material, plating, Pantone colors, mold, weight, packaging, and production process to support stable repeat orders.
