Customization Process
Custom production can feel uncertain when you are comparing suppliers. This page explains how we reduce risk before bulk production starts.
Our goal is not to rush you into an order. We help confirm the product structure, artwork, material, MOQ, timeline, sample needs, and shipping plan before production begins.
1. Share Your Project Details
Send your product idea, artwork, quantity, target size, packaging needs, delivery country, and deadline. If you only have a rough idea, we can still help check feasibility first.
2. Artwork and Specification Review
We check your design for manufacturability, including line thickness, colors, shape, plating, mold structure, attachment, backing, and packaging. If something may affect cost or quality, we explain it before quoting.
3. Quotation With Clear Cost Factors
Pricing is based on confirmed specifications such as material, size, finish, quantity, mold requirements, packaging, and delivery method. We help you compare practical options before you commit.
4. Digital Proof or Physical Sample
Artwork, size, color, and key details are confirmed before production. For projects that need extra confidence, a physical sample can be arranged before bulk production. Existing samples may also be available for quality reference.
5. First Piece and Production Check
Before mass production moves forward, key production details are checked against the approved artwork or sample. This helps reduce mistakes in color, size, plating, attachment, and packaging.
6. Quality Control Before Shipping
Finished goods are checked before packing. Typical checks include surface condition, color clarity, attachment strength, logo readability, quantity, packaging, and carton information.
7. Shipping and Repeat Order Support
Orders can be shipped by express, air, sea, or to your appointed forwarder or warehouse in China. For repeat orders, we keep approved project details to support consistency across future batches.
