Standard production time is 10-15 working days after you approve the digital artwork.

We ship worldwide via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or to your designated warehouse in China.

We accept bank transfer (T/T), PayPal for orders under USD 500, and Western Union. A 50% deposit is required before production.

AI, CDR, EPS, and PDF files are preferred. If you do not have vector files, please provide at least a clear sketch or reference image so we can recreate your design accurately.
