      What is the MOQ for custom products?

      MOQ depends on the product and manufacturing process. As a general guide, custom metal pins, medals, and most metal accessories usually start from 100 pcs per design. Metal labels and nameplates usually start from 1000 pcs per design. PVC and OEM molded items vary by structure, detail level, and tooling requirements.

      How are custom products priced?

      Prices are based on size, material, process, quantity, packaging, and delivery requirements.

      Once you share your artwork or concept, we will recommend a practical production solution and provide a clear quotation before production begins.

      How long for customization and shipping?

      Standard custom production usually takes 10-15 working days after artwork or sample approval.

      More complex PVC, OEM, packaging, or large-volume projects may take longer. If you have a fixed deadline, let us know early so we can check feasibility before you proceed.

      How to Pay for Your Order?

      We accept PayPal, T/T bank transfer, Airwallex online card payment, and Western Union.

      What file formats do you accept for designs?

      We prefer AI, PDF, EPS, or CDR files. PSD files and high-resolution PNG or JPG files are also acceptable.

      If your file is not production-ready, we will review it and suggest adjustments before manufacturing.
