For metal products, the MOQ is 50 pieces per design. For soft PVC products, the MOQ is 100 pieces. Some 3D items require a minimum of 3,000 pieces.

How is the pricing calculated?

Pricing depends on product type, size, material, quantity, and process. Larger quantities have lower unit prices. Please provide your design files and requirements for a quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer (T/T), PayPal (for orders under USD 500), and Western Union. A 50% deposit is required.

All soft PVC products comply with RoHS and REACH standards and can be tested by third-party agencies.

Can fridge magnets have magnetic backing?

Yes, soft or partial magnets are available.

Do luggage tags include a transparent sleeve?

Standard packaging is OPP bags. Custom packaging can be arranged.

Can I customize the shape of soft PVC keychains?

Yes, we can produce according to your design drawings.

What file formats do you require?

AI, CDR, EPS, PDF. For 3D products, please provide STP/STEP, IGS, or STL files exported from SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or CATIA.

Yes, free initial artwork and 3 revisions.

Will I receive artwork approval before production?

Yes, electronic proofs or 3D renderings will be provided for your confirmation.
