What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ starts from 5,000 pcs per model. The quantity may vary slightly depending on materials or customization requirements. For logo printing, the MOQ is also 5,000 pcs.
Can I get a sample before placing an order?

Can I customize the logo and packaging?

Are your tennis balls ITF certified?
Our products meet ITF certification standards and are suitable for advanced training or official tournaments. We also provide non-certified models for daily practice, promotions, or beginner use.
What’s the difference between pressurized and pressureless balls?
- Pressurized Balls: More bounce and spin, but shorter lifespan.
Pressureless Balls: Longer-lasting and ideal for training, schools, or beginner use
What materials do you offer for tennis balls?
We offer wool felt options from 10% to 57% wool content, with natural rubber cores. Different wool contents match different market segments: coaching, training, or competition.
How do you ship the goods? How long does delivery take?
We usually ship by sea or air cargo for bulk orders.
Production takes around 30–35 days, and delivery time depends on the destination.
What packaging options are available?
Our standard packaging is 3 balls per can + outer carton. Custom packaging (stickers, boxes, labels) is available upon request to fit your market needs.
